We don’t want to take up too much of your time so here are the most frequently asked questions regarding our parts, ordering, process and everything you need to know to feel comfortable about your purchase. We’ll make it short and sweet.
IMPORTANT READ: (explained also in point 5 below) All parts are ordered from the manufacturing company in Italy. This will take anywhere from 2-4 weeks to get your order. Sometimes, this may be delayed due to custom issues. You are free to cancel your order anytime before it gets to us. Its important to understand this fact and please be patient with your order, WE WILL ship it to you. The same day it ships to you, you will receive a tracking number by email to track your shipment.

1. Are your parts authentic?
Answer: YES. All the parts we sell are authentic directly from the manufacturing company UNLESS the word CUSTOM appears in the title.
2. Do the parts come in pairs?
Answer: YES. All our parts come in pairs.
3. Where can I find the model number?
Answer: Having the model number is incredibly important to ordering the right part. You will always find the model / part number you need on the left side of the temple (arm) of your eyewear. It may also be on the right but mostly left.
4. Will ordering a different color of the same style number have an impact on the fit?
Answer: NO. You can order ANY color part as long as the model / style number is the same.
5. Why does my order take about 3 weeks to get to me?
Answer: Your part is considered a custom order because of the thousands of different variety in different parts we cant stock them all. Each order is considered a custom order and once you place the order with us, we order from the manufacturing company for you. We may have your part in stock, if we don’t, they literally come from Italy and takes anywhere from 2-4 weeks. Sometimes this may be delayed due to custom issues, etc.
6. Can I get my part sooner if I pay for Priority shipping?
Answer: The shipping method you choose has nothing to do with the amount of time it will take to get your order to our warehouse. HOWEVER, should you need the part immediately or soon, you can always call or email our support team and ask to see if we have the part in stock ready to ship to you.
7. Can I return my part?
Answer: Parts are final sales / non-returnable items, again, we custom ordered this part just for you. However, if there was an issue, a customer service rep may accept the return and charge a 15% re-stocking fee.
